Purchase flow
- Select a points pack on Pricing
- Confirm order and pay via Alipay
- On success, points are credited automatically
- View orders in Profile → Orders
Order status
| Status | Meaning |

| Pending | Awaiting payment |
| Paid | Payment received, fulfilling |
| Completed | Points credited |
| Cancelled / Expired | Not paid in time |
| Refunded | Refund issued per policy |
