Account Management Guide
This guide will help you manage all aspects of your account.
Account Settings
Basic Information
Update your personal information:
- Name: Displayed in your profile
- Email: Used for login and notifications
- Phone: Optional, used for two-factor authentication
- Avatar: Supports JPG, PNG formats
Modifying Settings
- Go to "Personal Settings" page
- Click "Edit Information"
- Modify the fields you want to change
- Click "Save" button
Security Settings
Protecting your account security is crucial.
Password Management
Password Requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contains numbers and special characters
- Cannot be the same as previous 3 passwords
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security:
- Go to "Security Settings"
- Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
- Scan QR code or enter key
- Enter verification code to complete setup
Login History
View recent login records:
- Login time
- Login device
- IP address
- Geographic location
If you notice abnormal login activity, immediately change your password and contact support team.
Privacy Settings
Profile Visibility
Control who can see your information:
- Public: Visible to everyone
- Team Only: Visible to team members only
- Private: Visible to yourself only
Data Download
You can download your data at any time:
- Go to "Privacy Settings"
- Click "Download My Data"
- Wait for email notification
- Download data package

Account Deletion
If you need to delete your account:
⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible!
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion reason
- Enter password for verification
- Click "Permanently Delete"
Data will be completely deleted after 30 days.
