Account Management Guide

This guide will help you manage all aspects of your account.

Account Settings

Basic Information

Update your personal information:

• Name: Displayed in your profile
• Email: Used for login and notifications
• Phone: Optional, used for two-factor authentication
• Avatar: Supports JPG, PNG formats

Modifying Settings

1. Go to "Personal Settings" page
2. Click "Edit Information"
3. Modify the fields you want to change
4. Click "Save" button

Security Settings

Protecting your account security is crucial.

Password Management

Password Requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
• Contains numbers and special characters
• Cannot be the same as previous 3 passwords

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security:

1. Go to "Security Settings"
2. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
3. Scan QR code or enter key
4. Enter verification code to complete setup

Login History

View recent login records:

• Login time
• Login device
• IP address
• Geographic location

If you notice abnormal login activity, immediately change your password and contact support team.

Privacy Settings

Profile Visibility

Control who can see your information:

• Public: Visible to everyone
• Team Only: Visible to team members only
• Private: Visible to yourself only

Data Download

You can download your data at any time:

1. Go to "Privacy Settings"
2. Click "Download My Data"
3. Wait for email notification
4. Download data package

Notification Settings

Customize notification delivery:

Email Notifications

• System updates
• Account activity
• Marketing information

In-App Notifications

• Real-time alerts
• Important messages
• Activity notifications

Account Deletion

If you need to delete your account:

⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible!

1. Go to "Account Settings"
2. Click "Delete Account"
3. Confirm deletion reason
4. Enter password for verification
5. Click "Permanently Delete"

Data will be completely deleted after 30 days.
